Preparing Method:
When you start cooking, make sure all the ingredients you will use are chopped and ready to put.
Prepare Thai stir-fry sauce.
Take a small bowl and add all the essential sauces individually.
First, add 2 tsp soy sauce to the bowl. Put 4 teaspoons of water in it. Now add half a teaspoon of fish sauce to it. Add half a teaspoon of dark soy sauce (It is optional; you can also skip it). Add half a teaspoon of oyster sauce. Add half a tsp of sugar to it. Now whisk all the sauces well and set aside.
Start with the cashews: Put cooking oil in a pan. Now add cashew nuts to the pan. Fry them on a medium flame until they turn a deep golden brown. After that, take the cashew nuts out of the frypan. Reserve the oil, we will use it to stir fry.
Stir fry: Add ingredients in the order it takes to cook.
Start with the chopped garlic and sliced onions. Fry them well on a low-medium flame for a minute. Next, put the boneless chicken in it. Mix it well with the other ingredients until it changes color. Once the chicken is cooked, add red chilies along with the spring onion and capsicum. Add salt and black pepper powder to it according to taste. Stir them well.
Add Prepared Sauces: Now pour the prepared sauce. Mix it well and further cook for a few minutes until the sauce dries up and everything in the skillet gets a beautiful mahogany color.
Green Onions And Cashew Nuts: Finally, put spring onions plus fried cashew nuts in the ready recipe. Mix them well and stir them for 20 to 30 seconds. And then turn off the flame.
Here, your dish is ready!
